Inspired by The Haunted Mansion-ride in Disneyland, CA, the story centers around the ride's most memorable characters and the Antebellum-era New Orleans mansion. Based in the late 1800's, a plainsman from the great Northwest is mysteriously beckoned to Gracey House, a mansion along the outskirts of New Orleans, by the Gracey family's butler. Enticed to go after being promised to be greatly rewarded, John must help solve the mystery of why the mansion is haunted and face his greatest fear of all: ghosts. With the help of a befuddled detective and a sassy psychic, John will discover that Gracey House holds much darker secrets than just its happy haunts.
